For this year's edition, we decided that filtered coffee alone wasn't enough for us. And since we love mixology and other forms of gastronomy, we're happy to make things a little more complicated for ourselves. Introducing ROAST! in good spirits—a simpler and more fun version of what is perhaps the most complex coffee competition, CIGS.

The rules are simple:

In the first round, you'll prepare one drink using your own coffee and an alcohol of your choice, and present it to the judges on our STAGE. And if you don't happen to have enough bottles at home, no problem! You'll find something at the festival.

And in the second round, we'll give you a choice of coffee and a decent supply of bottles, and you'll prepare either the same drink—or a different one—it's entirely up to you!

You won't pay anything extra—registration is included in the price of your ticket. Don't worry that this is a competition for pros—feel free to sign up even if you just mix a GT at home every now and then and add an espresso shot to it. Because that's the best breakfast anyway.
