The festival takes place at Brno Káznice, 12–13 September 2026.

Presentation slots
The following bars are available for presentation slots during the festival. Please select specific presentation bars and days on the registration form. It is possible to book multiple bars on both days, however you cannot extend your time slot by purchasing two slots in a row. All day bars are by special arrangement only.

Espresso bar 
The classic espresso bar as you know it from other coffee festivals.
At your disposal:
- Professional coffee machine (La Marzocco)
- Professional grinder
- Filtered water
- Kettle rinse
- Fridge for milk
There is plenty of room on the table for a possible custom second grinder.
Please bring your own scales, tempera, lattiers etc, or we may have some to lend by arrangement.
We do not provide cow's milk. Please bring your own. There will be fridges available for storage throughout the whole festival.
Alternative milk available on site.
Brew bar 
The classic brew bar as you know it from other coffee festivals.
At your disposal:
- Professional grinder
- Barrel of filtered water under the table
Scales, kettles, etc. please bring your own, or we may have some on loan by arrangement.
Cupping 
We offer the possibility to organize your own 2h cupping.
At your disposal:
- Professional grinder (Mahlkönig)
- Cupping bowls, spoons, teapots, napkins and just about anything you might need
You just bring your coffee.

Coffee for festival
We ask you to bring 1 package of 250g coffee and 5 samples of about 30-50g to be used for competitions and as gifts for sponsors.
Other information
Exhibition space and facilities
All exhibition spaces are located inside. For exhibitors, there is an enclosed backstage area where they can put their belongings just a few steps away from the exhibition space.
Mugs/trays at the festival
At the festival, each visitor receives a ceramic or returnable plastic cup, which they can rinse. You don't have to worry about bringing cups and such items. If a visitor asks you for a cup, please send them to the info spot.
Other benefits
For the first purchased slot (Espresso bar, Brew bar), you will receive three presenter accreditations for the whole festival.
Purchase of two presentation slots grants you five presenter accreditations for the whole festival.
Accreditations are non-transferable.
Transportation
Address - Bratislavská 249/68
In front of the building you can stop at the reserved parking spots and unload the equipment or coffee.
Parking is free on weekends both around the building and in the adjacent "blue zones" (residential zones).
For non-drivers, we recommend taking the train or bus to the Brno main train station, where you can catch a direct tram lines 2 and 4 - the journey takes just about 10 minutes. Feel free to check the map on the main website.
Retail sale of coffee packages
At the festival, roasters can also sell their own packages of coffee for the duration of their presentation. In addition, there is the possibility to use the festival sales booth that is open for the entire duration of the festival.
Up to 4 types of coffee can be placed at the sales booth, 5 pieces each (no problem to refill during the event). Please send us at least 7 days before the event a list of coffees you wish to place at the sales booth, including the selling price and information about each coffee type.
The festival charges a fee of 20% of the selling price. At the end of the festival, we will return the rest of the packages and bill you on the spot. If you are not available until the end of the festival, we can arrange the billing and return of the packages at a later date.
Advertisment
Up to two rollups with a maximum height of 2m can be placed behind the presentation bar, or any other form of advertisement that doesn't interfere with other presentation bars. The front face of each bar is used for information graphics display of the festival itself, therefore this place can't be used for your advertisement.
Your roaster will be placed on our website in the form of a logo, a caption, and a listing in the schedule. It will also be shared on our social media in the form of at least two regular posts and one sponsored post.
